Less than one month after the release of our debut album, you can now purchase Throwing Hail Marys on iTunes! This is a coup for us, as it normally takes an independent band several months to get picked up by the world’s biggest music retailer. Most of the time, Apple likes to deal only with big-time industry players or pay-to-vend services. We didn’t have to use one.
We owe this rapid success to all of you who have already purchased the album through CDBaby and who have helped spread the word about us to friends, family and colleagues. We could never have reached this point without your early support of our music. Cheers!
Well, folks, about two years in the making and the album is finally done. Ok, ok, ok, so it’s not “completely” done. We have yet to get the songs mastered, but the songs have all been mixed and “blessed” by the band. We still have some loose ends to tie up in terms of artwork, promotion, and things like that, but the heavy lifting–the ten-hour days in the studio, the constant mixing–that is done. I think I can speak for the rest of the band when I say that this album has exceeeded all of our wildest expectations in terms of the quality of the production and the songs themselves. And to think, we did it all without killing each other 
To everyone that has helped us achieve this goal, to everyone who has showed us any sort of interest, given us any amount of love and support, we want to thank you all. The album will be available in a few short weeks. We hope to see you all at the CD release party on June 13th, and hopefully other gigs throughout the summer and the rest of ‘09.
